Mit einem ereignisreichen Azubi-Tag wurde die Einführung der neuen Auszubildenden bei SYNERGIE gefeiert. Der Leiter der SYNERGIE Dienstleistungszentrale Michael Haitz und die Ausbildungsbeauftragte Kim Fenske nahmen die 11 Azubis in Empfang und hießen sie in den Räumen der SYNERGIE-Zentrale herzlich willkommen.

Im persönlichen Gespräch von Azubi zu Azubi teilte Anna Lauber als frisch gebackene Personalberaterin der SYNERGIE Niederlassung Bruchsal ihren persönlichen Erfahrungsschatz rund um das Thema Ausbildung mit den interessierten Azubis. Auch Tipps und Tricks für die Prüfung wurden begeistert angenommen. Um den Fachkräften von morgen einen Einblick in die vielfältigen Tätigkeitsbereiche bei einem Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen zu geben, boten Marketingleiter Daniel Müller-Kraus sowie Personalleiterin Nadine Kandetzki interessante Workshops zu den Themen „Was ist Marketing?“ und „Stressmanagement“ an.

Diesen abwechslungsreichen Tag ließen die Azubis mit einem spannenden Abenteuer in einem Escape Room und einem gemeinsamen Abendessen in Karlsruhe ausklingen.
