Deine Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Inspektionen, Wartungen und Prüfungen von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (z.B.: Heizung/ Klima/ Lüftung/ Sanitär) sowie Raumlufttechnik/ Kältetechnik und Drucklufttechnik
Selbstständige Behebung von Störungen und Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe in den Objekten
Erstellung und Dokumentation der täglichen Arbeitsleistungen

Das bringst Du mit

Ausbildung z.B. als Anlagenmechaniker / Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer / Gas-Wasserinstallateur / Kältetechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise eine Zusatzausbildung als elektronisch unterwiesene Person
Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
Deutschkenntnisse min. in Level B2 erforderlich
Führerschein Klasse B
