Berufserfahrung als Call-Center Agent (m/w/d) Inbound ist wünschenswert, Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen
Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
Gute Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke mündlich und schriftlich
