Deine Aufgaben

Kontrolle, Betreuung und Überwachung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und deren Dokumentation
Durchführung von internen Umzügen sowie Umbau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Betreuung der Handwerkerfirmen sowie der Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Gebäude inkl. Mitwirkung bei Leistungsabnahmen
Administrative Umsetzung von Einzelaufträgen
Fahrdienst sowie Übernahme sonstiger administrativer Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Fuhrparkmanagements (Autopflege, Räderwechsel usw.)

Das bringst Du mit

Eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Sanitär, Klima oder Elektro
Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) wünschenswert
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse
Hohe Kunden-, Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung, sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Durchhaltevermögen, Flexibilität, sowie Leistungsbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität
