Deine Aufgaben

Durchführen der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV, unter Beachtung des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Bearbeitung aller Folgearbeiten der Gehaltsabrechnung
Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Stellenanzeigen und dem Bewerbermanagement
Überwachung der Personalkosten
Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen, Aufbereiten und Führen von Listen und Reports

Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalbereich bspw. Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d), ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Studiengänge oder gerne eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, insbesondere im Bereich Payroll
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Kenntnisse in HRworks wünschenswert
