Deine Aufgaben 

  • Sicherstellung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von modernen Qualitätswerkzeugen 
  • Durchführen und Moderieren von FMEA, 8D
  • Durchführung interner und externer Audits
  • Optimierung von Claim Management Prozessen hinsichtlich Kapazität, Kosten und Effizienz

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung, wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen, SAP vorteilhaft
  • Kundenorientiertes Service- und Telefonverhalten 
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
