Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Versandaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Versanddokumenten (Lieferscheine, Versandetiketten)
  • Koordination der Warenversendung mit Speditionen und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen für Versand- und Transportkosten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung)
  • Erfahrung in der Versandabwicklung und im Umgang mit Versanddokumenten
  • Kenntnisse in Versand- und Logistikprozessen, idealerweise international
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP)
