Deine Aufgaben

Führung des Teams im Schichtbetrieb nach Kennzahlen und Produktivität
Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Überwachung der Logistikprozesse
Erstellung der Anwesenheitspläne und Urlaubsscheine
Überwachung der Arbeitsmittel und des Equipments der Abteilung
Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung standardisierter Prozesse

Das bringst Du mit

Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistikbereich wünschenswert
Erste Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position innerhalb der Logistik
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 2 Schichten (Spät- und Nachtschicht im wöchentlichen Wechsel von Montag bis Samstag)
Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wünschenswert
