Deine Aufgaben

  •  Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik (Auslagern von Teilen)

  • Strahlermontage, Strahlerfüllen und Strahlerprüfung von Hochleistungsröntgenstrahlern

  • Sorgfältige und genaues Arbeiten nach Arbeitsplan • Umgang mit Drehmomentschlüssen

  • Verkabelung von Bauteilen

  • Löt- und Schraubverbindungen

  • Messen (Elektrisch und Mechanisch)

  • VDE- Prüfungen

  • Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung in der Montage und Prüfung 

  • HE Lecksuche

  • Eingabe von Messung Prüfdaten ins System (SAP / Fübas)

  • Bedienung von PC gestützten Anlagen

  • Aus- und Einbau der Strahler

  • Vibrationsmessungen

  • Umgang mit Strahlung (Röntgenstrahlung)

Das bringst Du mit 

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Mechaniker / Industriemechaniker (bevorzugt mit elektrischen Kenntnissen) Mechatroniker / KfZ-Mechatroniker sind auch möglich 
  • Umgang mit Strahlung (Röntgenstrahlung), Erfahrung mit SAP/Fübas, Umgang mit Drehmomentschlüssen, Bedienung von PC gestützten Anlagen 
  • Sorgfältige und genaues Arbeiten nach Arbeitsplan, wie auch Kommunikationsstärke
