Seit einem Jahrzehnt bereichert Michael Allgeier unser Unternehmen – fachlich wie menschlich. Davon zeugt die große Wertschätzung, die er im Kreis der Kollegen genießt. SYNERGIE ist ihm dafür zu großem Dank verpflichtet. Nach seinem Einstieg als Niederlassungsleiter in Lahr, einem der über 30 SYNERGIE-Standorte in Deutschland, bildete er sich kontinuierlich weiter und ist aktuell in der Firmenzentrale für das Prozess- und Organisationsmanagement zuständig.

 

Der passionierte Grillmeister verkörpert idealtypisch die Werte, für die SYNERGIE seit mehr als 45 Jahren steht: kompetent, menschlich, wissbegierig, zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert, hilfsbereit. Und das Lachen auf dem Foto ist eines der wesentlichen Markenzeichen des Genussmenschen Michael Allgeier: Keiner der Kollegen kann sich daran erinnern, ihn jemals schlechtgelaunt erlebt zu haben.
